Nottingham Forest captain Jack Burkitt lifts the FA Cup in 1959, following a 2-1 win over Luton Town. Forest had to play most of the match with 10 men, because right winger Roy Dwight – Elton John's cousin – had broken his leg and there were no subsitutes in those days.
