May 1915 Frank, who joined in 1915, spent 50 years as a player and trainer and worked under 12 managers at the Cottage. His final game was over Easter 1934 and Frank held the appearance record for Fulham with 460 first-class appearances and 52 goals. He remained as the Fulham trainer until 1965 when he retired but died soon afterwards.
